Welcome to our General Dental Practice. We are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality dental treatment in a personalized and caring environment. Our state of the art facility allows us to provide you with the latest advances in dental care today. We pride ourselves on making your dental visit an enjoyable one!

At your initial appointment the doctor will perform a thorough clinical examination and oral cancer screening with any necessary radiographs being taken at this time. The doctor will then present these findings to you and inform you of the options available for your treatment. At this time we will also provide you with an estimate on the length of time necessary for treatment and a written estimate on the expected cost of the treatment options available to you.

In order to keep your treatment costs as low as possible, we request payment at the time treatment is rendered. If you have dental insurance, as a courtesy we will submit your forms for you and request your co-payment at the time your treatment is performed. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards. For more extensive treatment plans, a payment plan can be arranged with our Office Manager.

Below you will find our Health Questionnaire and Registration Forms. Please complete them and bring them with you on your appointment. This will allow us to complete your registration into our practice. If you have dental insurance, you will want to bring your own insurance form or card completed and signed to your first visit. Our practice is conveniently located at the junctions of Routes 128 and 38 with ample free parking available. We offer early morning, evening, and Saturday appointments.
